BRRRR360 is for anyone who has a desire to learn about real estate investing, regardless of where they are in their journey.  Whether, you’re new to understanding real estate, new to the BRRRR strategy or you own 100 doors, or you want to scale up to larger investments, such as apartments and hotels.

BRRRR360 is where you learn the BRRRR strategy, and how to apply it on single family homes, multi family and even on hotels.  The wealth of knowledge is endless.

BRRRR 360 will be held September 23rd-27th, 2024 on Royal Caribbean's Allure of Seas.

Your BRRRR 360 ticket purchase does not include the cruise. The cruise purchase is an additional fee through Royal Caribbean. 

You will purchase your BRRRR 360 Conference Ticket first. Directly after, you will receive a confirmation number. Then, fill out the Cruise Registration Form to process your travel arrangement.

Tickets- There are no refunds. You may resell/transfer your BRRRR 360 ticket).  If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, you may do so for a processing fee of $50 USD.

You are more than welcome to bring your children with you on the cruise, but the Conference Sessions will be for the adult attendees only.

If your spouse will be attending the BRRRR 360 sessions and events then they will need to purchase a ticket. If they are not then they will just need to reserve their spot on the cruise ship through Royal Caribbean.

 For anyone booking a new cabin from June 6,2024 onward, you will purchase your cabin directly from Royal Caribbean at https://www.royalcaribbean.com/ 

Note: Immediately after booking your cabin with Royal Caribbean, you must email [email protected]. Please provide your full name, birthday, & your reservation number so that you can be added into our official group manifest. 

IF YOU DO NOT, you may be denied access to our group events as Royal has team members tasked with ensuring random travelers do not interrupt group events. 

We will be cruising for four nights on Royal Caribbean’s  Allure of the Seas, departing from Miami, Florida on Monday, September 23, 2024.

It is highly recommended that you stay in the port city the night before the cruise in case unforeseen circumstances cause you a travel delay (i.e. adverse weather affecting flights, car trouble)

When the cruise was developed, a group rate was set by Royal Caribbean for BRRRR. The rates you are seeing now are the Royal Caribbean rates used to fill any empty cabins. We are sharing the specials to encourage members who haven’t hopped on board to take the leap!

No. Canceling your booked cruise and trying to re-book will cause more headache and confusion. This will erase you from the group manifest and will take extra time and step to ensure you are added in again. It is best to stick with your original booking; especially if you have booked a balcony or oceanview room as those are the first to be booked.

YES! Our cruise coordinator is our direct line to Royal Caribbean. She will be ensuring each of our members are included in our group manifest which is extremely important to the smooth flow of this venture.  She will be ensuring that members have the proper reminders for their travel, i.e. departure times and procedures. 

No. Current specials are designed to fill remaining rooms on the ship. If you already have a booking, finish the process for securing that booking. There is no guarantee you will be able to secure the type of cabin you have booked (especially ocean view, balcony rooms, and suites).

 Final payment on all cruise bookings is due no later than June 25,2024. Our cruise coordinator has sent out 2 final payment reminders. If you have not filled out your final payment authorization, please do that as soon as possible. Lisa will be making our final payments between June 20-25th. If you book your cruise between June 25 - July 15 you will need to pay for your cruise in full at the time of booking.

As she is volunteering and does run her travel agency full time, please give grace in her responses. She typically can respond within 48 business hours (she does not work weekends).

You must email [email protected] and let them know where you booked your cabin. They may need further information from you. Please be aware that we can not add you to the official group manifest with Royal Caribbean and there may be things you might not be able to participate in since you booked outside of the group.

Yes, however, kids will not be allowed into the conference space during learning times. The Allure of the Seas does offer onboard childcare options. It will be your responsibility to check in and utilize those options during those conference times.
